CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive, someone from Healthcare Industry would be a bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling inbound inquiries, arranging meetings for sales team, presenting and demonstrating our products on call or a virtually. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with the responsibilities.

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 INR/month

Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound Queries

Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients

Follow up on leads generated from exhibitions and workshops

Qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities

Present and demonstrate our medical equipment to potential clients via phone and virtual meetings

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system

Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover of client relationships

Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

You must be living near Jasola, Delhi

Previous experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Word,

Detail oriented

Experienced in client interaction over call and virtually

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Good communication skills in English.

In addition, this position requires you to work from office as you will be reporting to your manager in the organization.
