Qualifications:
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call center environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
