:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our products/services.
Responsibilities:
• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our products/services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
• Accurately record customer information and maintain a detailed database.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and address objections professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Prior experience in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
