• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide customer support to clients through both voice and non-voice channels
• ??Follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
• ??Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.
