Job Description

• Customer Interaction:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Update customer information in the system.
• Follow-Up:
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Confirm that issues have been resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Customer Guidance:
• Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
• Provide training and support to help customers use products and services effectively.
• Feedback Collection:
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Participate in customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
