As a Customer Care Executive , you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities :
• Answer customer queries and resolve complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed product/service information and guidance to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals.
Requirements :
• Fluent in English communication (both verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dewas .
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
