Roles & Responsibilities .Handling customer concern and complaints in a timely manner. .Informing customers of upcoming promotions and deals. .Establishing a positive relation with all clients and customers. .Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics. .Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable .experience. .Communicating with customer through various channels, including email, social media, phone.
