We are seeking a proactive Customer Care Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensure on-time delivery, and provide excellent customer support . The ideal candidate will track shipments, forecast delays, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy for invoicing. Strong skills in Advanced MS Excel, telephonic communication, and problem-solving are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with clients, transporters, and internal teams to address issues.
• Validate data for accuracy and generate MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.
• Support invoicing by providing validated shipment details to the accounting team.
• Resolve operational challenges and enhance process efficiency.
Skills Required:
• Advanced MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Strong telephonic communication and customer handling.
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
