We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role and will be passionate about providing excellent service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues by identifying the root cause and finding an effective solution.
• Process customer orders, requests, and returns.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical support, when applicable.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by offering personalized support and follow-up.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys or feedback channels and suggest improvements.
