We are seeking a CRM Executive who will be responsible for handling online leads from various platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and the company website. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in lead management and CRM tools. The role involves timely follow-ups, lead qualification, customer relationship management, and coordination with the sales team to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture inbound leads from online platforms (IndiaMART, Justdial, Website, etc.).
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., budget, requirement, timeline).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in CRM software.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, provide additional information, and convert leads into customers.
• Ensure follow-up and after-sales communication to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report lead performance, including conversion rates, to management.
• Identify and suggest improvements in lead management and CRM processes.
• Address customer queries regarding products, services, and pricing.
