Job Description

• Respond to Inquiries: Address customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and effectively.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by providing solutions, alternatives, or adjustments.
• Provide Information: Offer accurate product/service information, including features, usage instructions, and pricing details.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction after an issue is resolved or a service is provided.
• Handle Complaints: Manage customer complaints with patience and empathy, aiming to resolve issues in a way that benefits both the customer and the company.
• Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work with Colleagues: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to resolve customer issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Required)

Work Location: In person
