We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive. As a key member of our customer support team, you will assist our customers in resolving their queries and providing excellent service in Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Malayalam.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship experience.
• A background in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
