We are looking for young energetic female candidate. Fresher or experienced in customer service to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be able to view the issues from a customer's perspective and offer the best solution. The candidate must display a wide range of interpersonal skills to be deemed fit for the job. A candidate with a proven record of offering successful customer service will be preferred.

Customer Service Executive Responsibilities

Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner; informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals; establishing a positive repo with all the customers.

Fixing appointments according to the convenience of clients and customers.

Resolving customer issues brought to your attention.

Standardizing the customer service delivery of an organization.

Performing quality assurance surveys with customers.

Conveying customers' feedback to the team.

Interacting with customers to determine whether they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Possessing the knowledge and ability to improve customer service of the organization.

Customer Service Executive Requirements

A bachelor's degree in any stream.

Superior written and oral communication skills.

Data entry and basic computer skills.

Knowledge about customer relationship management systems.

Utmost patience while dealing with angry and agitated customers.

Ability to respect every customer.

Fast and efficient problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
