Customer service skills include:

Communication

Customer service representatives should be able to communicate with customers through multiple channels, such as email, chat, phone, and social media. Providing introductory information to new customers.

Letting customers know about additional products or services.

Receiving orders, calculating charges, and processing payments.

Problem-solving

Customer service representatives should be able to identify and resolve customer issues, including complaints and returns. They should also be able to troubleshoot common issues with products or services.

Customer satisfaction

Customer service representatives should be able to ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services.
