Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated individual who prioritizes customer satisfaction to join us as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will be approachable, empathetic, and have strong communication skills to ensure every customer interaction is positive.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Listen attentively to customer concerns, identify the root cause of the issue, and provide solutions or escalate complex problems.

- Maintain a professional and a polite attitude or behavior in all customer interactions.

- Help with product information, find a solution to service related issues, and help customers in navigating our systems.

- Document all customer interactions and details accurately in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and address service related concerns.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

- Take a chance to improve the customer experience and give response to management.

- Stay updated about product knowledge, company policies, and up to date about industry trends.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is desirable.

- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is important.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly.

- Empathetic and patient attitude, particularly in challenging customer interactions.

- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, as well as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
