Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, and provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide product information, resolve service-related issues, and assist customers in navigating our systems or processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
