Customer Care Executive (SALES)
Location: BMW - Munich Motors, Ring Road, Sarona, Raipur - 492009, Chhattisgarh
Department: Customer Relations
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between BMW - Munich Motors and customers.
Customer Satisfaction:
• Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys.
Complaint Resolution:
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
Service Excellence:
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly.
Appointment Management:
• Handle customer appointments efficiently and ensure the customer lounge is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Feedback Management:
• Collect, provide, and track customer feedback while ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
Customer Service Programs:
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Event Coordination:
• Organize and coordinate dealership events, promotions, and seminars to engage and delight customers.
Customer Relations:
• Maintain strong post-sale relationships with customers, keeping records updated and ensuring consistent communication.
Reporting:
• Prepare and present monthly reports on customer satisfaction metrics and other service KPIs.
Professional Communication:
• Interact with customers in a courteous, clear, and professional manner at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
