Key Responsibilities:

Salary:

Freshers: ?14,000/month

Experienced: ?16,000/month

Work Schedule:

Shift: 9 hours (including breaks), 6 days/week (rotational)

Female Shift Window: 7 AM - 9 PM

Cab Facility: Not applicable

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.

Provide accurate information on MMT services.

Maintain customer satisfaction and document interactions.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation mandatory.

Experience: Min. 1 year of BPO experience (proof required).

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
