Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Chola Insurance customers.
• Provide accurate information and support to Bengali-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Education: HSC/12th Pass (Mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Languages: Proficiency in Bengali is mandatory (spoken and written).
• Basic understanding of English and Hindi is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic work environment.
