Key Details:Qualification:

  • Graduate in any field.
Experience:
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in BPO or any customer support role (Preferred).
Salary:
  • \xe2\x82\xb925,000 CTC
Shift:
  • Females: Day shifts up to 9 PM.
  • Males: Rotational shifts.
  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in both English and Hindi with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) issues.
  • Clarity in Speech: No grammatical or pronunciation errors; voice and accent should be clear and understandable in both languages.
  • Versant Score: Minimum of 4 required.
Requirements * Handle and resolve issues and queries from L2 irate customers via call.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
BenefitsRelocation Bonus:
  • A one-time relocation bonus of \xe2\x82\xb94,000 for candidates relocating to Bangalore (eligible if relocating from over 100 km away). This bonus will be paid after training as a one-time payment.
Cab Facility:
  • Home pick-up and drop service available within Bengaluru, within a 35 km radius from the office.
