- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Schedule and confirm appointments or services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Inform customers of any changes or updates to their appointments.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
