Eagerness shown in handling different types of customer calls wrt Burglary Alarm Systems Communication & Technical knowledge applied while explaining the situation to customer. Alerting & communicating with QRT Raising issues in ECI for false Alarms & Communcation with customer Closing the event with proper information. Telephone Etiquette.. how good are u on the phone call.. receiving as well as placing a call.. Language.. able to speak English, Telugu, Hindi & able to communicate precisely Able to withstand customer pressure and handling them Internal coordination on issues raised form the customer. Punctuality in attending the shift Energy levels in Night shift & Activeness in day shift. Shift log maintanance. Updating the customer data Checking signal status using reports. Drawing site Maps Periodic Test not received - Report Log maintanance Preparation of Guard Round Report Taking Time report from QRT J

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
