: As an Operations and Customer Experience Specialist at our Health Tech company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Excellence:
• Implement and optimize operational processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key operational metrics and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational workflows.
• Customer Support and Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries via multiple channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
• Customer Experience Enhancement:
• Continuously assess and improve the overall customer journey and experience.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze customer interactions and operational performance.
• Generate regular reports and insights for management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor trends and proactively address issues to uphold service levels and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in operations management, customer support, or a similar role within the Edutech industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
