• Tele calling
• Coordination with our customers
• Solving customer queries over call, mail or text
• Coordinating with team mates
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Focus on customer satisfaction

Any other specialization:

• Any industry but there should be relevant experience
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati languages
