Job Title: Client CoordinatorJob Summary: The Client Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail to facilitate smooth client interactions and project execution. Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and objectives to effectively address concerns and inquiries.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
Communication Coordination:
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring Clear understanding of project requirements and deadlines.
Communicate client feedback, requests, and expectations to appropriate team members.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
Update clients on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and tasks to meet client expectations.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to review progress and gather feedback.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Work with internal teams to resolve client issues and prevent recurrence.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management level as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
Proven experience in client relationship management or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Prior experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
