Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)



Salary:



Fresher INR 29,600 CTC + Incentives up to INR 15,000Shift

Experienced - Upto INR 35,000 CTC + Incentives up to INR 15,000Shift

Timing: Day shift (9 AM - 10 PM); Girls: Max shift till 8 PMExperience: Fresher

Graduation mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Provide information, resolve queries, and assist customers with their concerns.

Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively.

Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.

Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending cases.

Requirements:

Strong command of English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to multitask.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day shift only for female employees).

No sales target.
