Designation- Customer Care Associate- Promoter

Salary - Up-to 16k

Experience- 1 to 2 yrs

Location - Maharashtra, New Delhi, Utter Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu , Haryana , Aassam, Gujrat, West Bengal , Rajasthan etc.

Qualifications:

1) High school diploma or equivalent.

2) Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

4) Passion for travel and knowledge of travel gear products is a plus.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic On-Floor Promoters to join our team and promote our premium Baggit travel gear products at Reliance Smart stores. As an On-Floor Promoter, they will play a vital role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Engage with customers to promote and demonstrate travel gear products.

2) Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.

3) Maintain an attractive product display and ensure merchandise is well-stocked and organized.

4) Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

5) Collect customer feedback and report on sales performance.

6) Collaborate with store staff and management to optimize promotional strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
