Shaadi.com is seeking Linguistic Customer Support Executives who are fluent in any of the following languages: Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, or Punjabi. As part of our customer support team, you will interact with users across various regions, ensuring they have a seamless experience in their native language. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess strong communication skills in one or more of these languages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in their preferred language (Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, or Punjabi), providing information about our services and addressing concerns or issues.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by delivering solutions in the customer's native language.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Shaadi.com's services to assist customers effectively and promote additional features in a culturally relevant way.
• Sales Support: Provide assistance to customers interested in premium services, upselling where appropriate, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is logged correctly in both English and the relevant language.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive and personalized customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, or Punjabi.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support or sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
