As a Customer Care Associate/Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide information about our products and services, resolve complaints, and actively promote sales. Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist with app features, transactions, and account inquiries.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through the app.
4. Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience.
Additional Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
