CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE (Degree Fresher), Kochi

Looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer care executive who is responsible to interact with customers and assist them with financial services

Qualification:

• Any Graduates with sound communication skills in Hindi, Malayalam and English.
• Should be confident, Smart and a Person with a highly positive attitude.
• Understanding of the SIP, Insurance, Mutual Funds etc will be a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution
• Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates and much more
• Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
• Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone

Experience : Degree Fresher
Salary : 18 - 25K
