Customer Care Associate: (Automotive industry candidate prefers)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and excel in performance.

2.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to foster business growth and enhance market share in the commercial vehicle segment.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns and events aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving sales.

4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.

6. Issue Resolution: Address customer escalations and complaints promptly and effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention.

7. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and enhance overall dealership performance.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to provide insights to dealership management and inform strategic decision-making.

9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards to uphold ethical business practices and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 to 6 years of proven experience in automotive sales, with a significant portion of that time spent in a managerial capacity.

2. In-depth understanding of Vehicles or relevant vehicle brands, including features, specifications, and competitive positioning.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

5. A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and leverage insights to formulate effective sales strategies.

7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.

Sal up to - 25000/- ( Exp required 3 to 10 years / Skills )

Incentives - till 50,000 per month ( On deal Closing )
