Snapmint is reinventing credit for the next 200M consumers by providing them the freedom to buy what they want and pay for them in installments without a credit card. In a short period, Snapmint has reached over a million consumers in 2200 cities and has powered over 200 crores worth of purchases.

Snapmint was started by a closely-knit team of passionate bankers and technocrats from IIT Bombay.

Requirements:

• Overseeing the customer service process.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Creating policies and procedures.
• Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Email/Chat/Incall and Outbound calling process in any BPO, e-commerce, fintech, and any customer experience organization.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Flexible with the working schedule, may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events.
• Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.
• They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Graduation and above
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Age should be a maximum of 27.
