Salary :- 10-15K plus incentives depends on performance

Knee Xpert is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers and graduates to join our team as Customer Calling Executives. The ideal candidates will interact with patients, understand their pain issues, and explain how Knee Xpert can provide effective solutions for knee and hip pain.

Resposibilities

Make outbound calls to patients to discuss their knee and hip pain issues.

Provide information on Knee Xpert's treatments and solutions.

Listen attentively to patients' concerns and answer their questions.

Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-ups.

Achieve performance targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Qualification

Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Proficiency in additional languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, and Telugu is preferred.

Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role are an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
