We are looking for a dynamic Customer Calling Executive & Administrative Assistant to join our team. : We are seeking a dual-role individual who will handle both customer calling and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and strong organizational abilities. The primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide administrative support to the team. Roles and Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. - Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. - Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company. - Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. - Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Administrative Assistant: - Manage and organize company files, documents, and records. - Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. - Handle office tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry. - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. - Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers. - Assist in organizing company events and activities. - Support other administrative tasks as needed by the team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems. - Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes. - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
