We are looking for FRESHERS / EXPERIENCED candidates.

Job description

Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.

The executive will be only single point contact for customers, so the below skills are a must:

• Empathy towards the customer
• Problem Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication

Qualification:

• Excellent communication in English.
• Minimum Edu - +2 (Pursuing candidates are not eligible)
• Rotational shift ( should be comfortable with night shift ) will be there.
• 30 wpm & 90% accuracy.
• Should not be pursuing any regular courses.

Salary:

• 2.5 LPA ( fresher)

Note:

• Only one side cab given for night shift.
