What You'll Do:

Own customer issues from start to finish

, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-ups.

Collaborate with product and tech teams

to troubleshoot and improve product experiences. Identify recurring problems and work towards

long-term solutions

. Build a

knowledge base & FAQs

to minimize repetitive queries. Provide insights from customer feedback to enhance product features and user experience. Maintain

high Customer support scores

through exceptional service.

What You Need:

?

2+ years

of experience in customer support, preferably in a product-based company.
? Strong problem-solving skills with a

customer-first

mindset.
? Ability to work independently and take initiative.
? Experience handling

live chat, emails, and calls

efficiently.
? Basic understanding of CRM tools and support ticketing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
