Our supplier network includes thousands of raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, and customers around the globe, ensuring we can produce an adequate supply of products and ensure timely deliveries to customers.The Customer and Supplier Collaboration Product Manager works closely with the Business to address current and future product needs, including onboarding or changing customers or suppliers in the network, and develops and delivers those solutions.Key responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Accountable for all aspects of strategy, product delivery and operations for the Supplier Collaboration products across the supply chain, inclusive of external 3rd party customers, CMOs, and suppliers.\xc2\xb7 Develop a product improvement pipeline to meet business goals and objectives in the areas of Supplier Collaboration .\xc2\xb7 Take full accountability and provide oversight for the successful delivery of all experiments and projects within the product scope.\xc2\xb7 Oversee overall Supplier Collaboration applications service performance ensuring that the risks and value associated with the applications are effectively managed over their lifecycle.\xc2\xb7 At Business Unit Level: Success will be measured by achieving the maximum value for the business while ensuring the Supplier Collaboration applications operate at an optimal cost vs risk level.\xc2\xb7 Provides input to Product architecture, aligning across the Tech organisation on standards relating to platforms, cyber security, strategic vendors & delivery models. Ensure robust governance are in place and lead governance bodies to approve experiments and product improvement projects.\xc2\xb7 The Customer and Supplier Collaboration Product Manager will be required to be the domain expert in Supplier Collaboration. They will be expected to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal business stakeholders (QSC), external 3rd parties, as well as with internal technical teams.Essential:\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Customer and Supplier Collaboration applications, processes, design and implementation\xc2\xb7 Applied knowledge and experience with SAP and EDI integration\xc2\xb7 Experience in Applications deployment & maintenance\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of supply chain & Cloud technologies and trends\xc2\xb7 Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Good presentation and influencing skillsOpportunities for growth:None of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
