Job Description
Role Overview:
We are hiring Field Executives to help acquire customers. Your task is to engage with customers in marketplaces and societies, get them to download the app, and place their first order .
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers, encourage them to download the app, and place their first order.
• successful acquisitions per day.
• Capture a screenshot of the customer's order and submit after delivery.
• Assist with basic queries and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
• Prior sales or fieldwork experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and target-oriented.
• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be based in or around the job location.
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: 12th Grade.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
