Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we acquire our customers, display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.The Amazon Business India team is looking for a customer obsessed, think big, result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional, who will drive acquisitions and engagement of MSME businesses on Amazon. The person will manage acquisition/engagement channels of tele-sales and digital marketing. The person will be responsible for designing and building new acquisition programmes and executing campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for and deep experience in Sales & Marketing and should be able to multi-task multiple programs and projects at one time.Key job responsibilities

  • Manage agencies who engage with MSMEs from prospecting, acquiring and driving account growth.
  • Creating Go-to-market acquisition and engagement plans for all channels
  • Build scalable performance marketing channels to reach and engage with the customers (eg. Search, Social, Tele-marketing, Email outbound)
  • Liaise with central Marketing teams to improve visibility of business benefits to aid in SMB acquisition and engagement
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bengaluru, KA, INDBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completionPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
