Senior Curriculum Executive Job is to conceptualize, create, implement and evaluate usage of age-appropriate curriculum and learning materials for children and teachers of Kreedo-powered school. The content creation will be in multiple forms and modalities like learning videos, books/worksheets, assessments, training modules, online gaming and others. You will be required to learn the Kreedo philosophy and implement the same to conceptualize content for end users of teachers and children. Passionate about pre-school education and able to positively engage stakeholders in the holistic development of the child Responsibilities Impart training and mentor internal skilling teams in the following areas: Kreedo philosophy and approach Language (including phonics) Mathematics Classroom management Kreedo learning materials and more Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts and writers to create training curriculum, lesson plans, content, assessments Coordinate and supervise the curricular implementation Create learning props and engagement techniques for training Assess, evaluate and report the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary changes and modifications to improve the learning outcomes for the children. Master the Kreedo philosophy and material presentations Develop and maintain knowledge of current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field Oversee and participate in the development and finalization of instructional materials Develop and adapt to new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience Research and recommend new learning methods Create and conduct studies and surveys for effective implementation of the curriculum Mentor the trainers A. Educational Qualifications, work experience & certification Bachelor\'s Degree and above OR Diploma in Early Education OR Teacher training 4 to 5 years of experience planning and implementing Early Childhood curriculum Experience in early education and / or primary years A certification in Montessori Method (Preferred) B. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities required to be successful in this job Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong presentation and public speaking skills Keen observational skills and strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong research skills Knowledge: Tools: - Documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice - Online/virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoho Meeting/Zoom) - Creating presentations, learning props, interactive activities as part of trainings Expert-level knowledge of the approaches to education, including principles and practices of adult and child learning Working knowledge of early childhood education curriculum frameworks, instruction strategies and curriculum development Understanding of educational standards and assessment practices. Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms. Knowledge of best practices in curriculum development and implementation. Abilities: Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work with teams or individuals with a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and online Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to educational challenges Ability to quickly adapt and align to Kreedo approach, culture and thought process Ability to provide guidance and expertise to others. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines Ability to adapt to changing educational needs and requirements.
