Scope and Areas of work: Curriculum and Lesson Plan Design & Development on Values, Life Skills & SEL for Children aged 3 yrs to 16 yrs (Delivered Offline in Schools + Direct to Child Online) Researching & Developing Teaching material like Activities, Stories, Games, Techniques, Videos etc Events Design for Children, Parents &/or Teachers based on Values, Life Skills & SEL (Online/Offline) to be conducted for school audiences Impact Assessment of overall curriculum & content through fair, scientific & accurate methods Out Reach Content \xe2\x80\x93 Content for Program Proposals, Short Conference Stage Talks, Newsletters, Social Media Engagement, Brochures, Website, Emailers, etc. Content Management \xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring safe & structured storage of Proprietary content of Val-Ed. Team Management \xe2\x80\x93 Overseeing Recruitment & Onboarding of Content Developers, setting delivery expectations, Guidance & Mentoring, Coordinating & Collaborating with Consultants, Freelancers for timely and quality execution of projects Experience, Skills and Qualifications for this role: Post Graduate with a degree from recognized state/central/private university Prior experience in designing curriculum & developing lesson plans for children & adults in educational institutions Must have atleast 2 year experience of working on projects in at least one of the following - Values Education/Life Skills Education/Well-Being/Social Emotional Learning/Character Education High level of written & spoken proficiency in English & preferred speaking proficiency in Hindi &/or kannada Active on mail, whatsapp & phone Skills in MS Office (word, excel, ppt, etc), online tools such as Google drive, google sheets, forms, etc.), video and audio tools (Zoom, Google hangouts, Teams etc) Penchant to learning & incorporating new Online & Offline Teaching Tools/Techniques Initiative, adaptability and willingness to go beyond your specific roles and tasks, whenever required. Thinking and problem-solving skills - assessing situations, identifying problems and solutions, analyzing, innovating, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 940,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Schedule:
