Job Title: Curriculum Design Specialist (Early Years Programme)

Location: Flexible, with travel required

Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine curriculum modules for Early Years Education programmes aimed at training teachers in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).

- Utilize 5-10 years of work experience in the Early Years sector to inform curriculum design decisions.

- Provide training and support to teachers in ECCE, drawing from 3-5 years of experience in teacher training.

- Design modules that align with best practices in Early Years education and promote holistic child development.

- Ensure fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

- Collaborate with educators and stakeholders to tailor curriculum materials to local contexts and needs.

- Demonstrate a willingness to travel as required to conduct training sessions and workshops.

- Leverage good knowledge of technology to enhance curriculum delivery and training methodologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

- Extensive experience (5-10 years) working in the Early Years sector, preferably in curriculum development.

- Proven track record (3-5 years) of training teachers in Early Childhood Care and Education.

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages.

- Strong skills in curriculum design and module development.

- Ability to adapt curriculum materials to diverse cultural and regional contexts.

- Willingness to travel to various locations for training sessions and workshops.

- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms.
