QUALIFICATION : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.

LOCATION / LOCALITY : Mumbai , Andheri East

CTC BUDGET : 2-3 yrs 12 LPA , 4-5 yrs 15 LPA.

WORK DAYS : Monday to Saturday

WORK TIMINGS : 10 am to 7 pm

SKILLS REQUIRED:

? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development,
or a related field.
? Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content design and development projects
within large organizations.
? Proficiency in using various AI tools to enhance instructional design and development.
? Strong understanding of different learning modalities and how to apply them effectively.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including content, presentations,
schematics, and visual representations of L&D solutions.
? Apply various learning modalities to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
? Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and
objectives.
? Create blueprints and design schematics for L&D solutions, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and learner needs.
? Utilize AI tools to enhance the design and development process, creating innovative and
efficient learning solutions.
? Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.
? Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary improvements.
? Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
