Designation: Curriculum Co-ordinator

Reporting to: Curriculum Lead

Purpose of Job:

  • To support the Curriculum Lead in organizing, implementing, and supervising the curriculum and educational programs at the K\xc3\xafdo Schools in India.
Essential Responsibilities and Standards of Performance:
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Lead and connect with Teachers to ensure that all aspects of classroom planning, implementation, and evaluation are within the guidelines of the Curriculum.
  • Organize training schedules required by teachers and keep a record of the same.
  • Attend training/workshops to keep abreast of current developments in the area of expertise.
  • Connect with teachers in moving along the continuum of implementing the Curriculum, understanding of progressive early childhood education, and continuous learning and growth.
  • Observe and record the observations conducted in the classrooms based on the guidelines given and report the same to the Curriculum Lead for the next steps to be taken.
  • Maintaining records of educational material and equipment at the Head Office, as well as organizing the inventory and maintaining up-to-date records of the inventory.
  • Work closely with the Curriculum Lead to customize any content required for K\xc3\xafdo schools in India.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors Degree + Early Childhood Education (NTT/ Montessori/ ECE/ CIDTT trained). Additional Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office - MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint and digital imaging programs.
Working Days: * Monday to Friday (Saturdays & Sundays are off) Work timings:
  • 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an early childhood educator or an Associate teacher.
