Job Description
Current Product Reliability EngineerDescriptionSkills and Experience:
- Sound knowledge of big dataset handling and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization Tool (Power-BI) and complex dataset analysis.
- Ability to self-analyze use cases and categorize under different analytics types.
- Knowledge of statistical software packages and structured/non-structured databases, preferably SQL.
- Automotive domain experience, particularly in Quality and Reliability.
- Excel programming (VBA) and Power Pivot experience.
- Awareness of warranty data analysis and life data analysis.
- Knowledge of engine and Genset parts function and failure modes.
- Six Sigma yellow belt certification.
- Master of Science, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent technical degree required.
- Basic relevant work experience desired, such as internship, co-op, or other pertinent work experience.
- Proficiency in statistical methods, product failure mode avoidance, and reliability analysis.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and experience in reliability test planning.
- Customer focus, global perspective, and ability to value differences.
- Licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
