Job Overview:



We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic

Current Affairs Faculty

member to teach and guide students on recent national and international events. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering lectures, curating study materials, conducting discussions, and preparing students for competitive exams, debates, and general awareness.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Delivery & Teaching

Teach current affairs, general knowledge, and contemporary issues through interactive lectures. Stay updated with national and international news, government policies, economic developments, and global events. Design and deliver engaging classroom sessions, quizzes, and discussions.

Curriculum Development & Study Materials

Develop and update the syllabus based on changing trends in news and exams. Prepare study notes, articles, and presentations for students. Integrate technology and digital media for an enhanced learning experience.

Student Engagement & Preparation

Mentor students for competitive exams like UPSC, SSC, Bank Exams, and other entrance tests. Organize mock tests, debates, and discussions on relevant topics. Provide analytical insights into news and events to help students develop critical thinking.

Research & Content Creation

Regularly track newspapers, news channels, government reports, and online sources to provide up-to-date information. Write articles, reports, and analysis for institutional publications and online platforms.

Collaboration & Events

Conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops on important current affairs topics. Work with other faculty members to design interdisciplinary courses.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of teaching experience in current affairs, general knowledge, or related subjects (preferred). Strong understanding of national and international political, economic, and social issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for easy understanding. Familiarity with competitive exam patterns and question trends. Proficiency in using online teaching tools and digital resources.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in coaching students for competitive exams. Background in journalism or public policy analysis. Knowledge of data visualization tools for presenting trends and statistics.
