Job Description
Eliligibility Criteria :- Minimum 1 year of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in Gynecology.- Mandatory healthcare industry experience and field sales experience.- Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.- Strong communication skills.Roles & Responsibilities :- Onboarding and engaging doctors in the territory.- Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships.- Conducting a minimum of 6-7 visits per day, with a target of meeting at least 6 doctors.- Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.- Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.- Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and Outpatient Department (OPD) modules.
