Job Responsibilities:

Planning of yearly Cultural Activities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Finalization of the Event Name, Date, Time and Venue.
\xef\x82\xb7 Planning and rough layout of the event.
\xef\x82\xb7 Approval from Director Students\xe2\x80\x99 Welfare for organizing the event.
\xef\x82\xb7 Budget of the event.
Execution of Cultural Events:
\xef\x82\xb7 After the planning and layout of the cultural activities comes the execution part.
\xef\x82\xb7 The execution commences with the Purchase Requirements related to the event.
\xef\x82\xb7 Branding Requirements of the event like Flexes, Standees, Flyers etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Promotion of the event Online and Offline both.
\xef\x82\xb7 Notices for students and faculty members on CUIMS, Social Media Handles and other modes.
\xef\x82\xb7 Registration by the students for the event.
\xef\x82\xb7 Set-up of the stage.
\xef\x82\xb7 Execution of the event.
\xef\x82\xb7 Post promotion through After Movie or glimpses.
\xef\x82\xb7 Submission of event report with all necessary documents like: Event report, Expenditure report,
Utilization report etc.
Budgeting of Cultural Events:
\xef\x82\xb7 The Budget of the events depends on the category of the Cultural Events like:
a) Annual Cultural Events
b) Workshops
c) Outdoor Participation
d) Brand Events
\xef\x82\xb7 At the beginning of the year during the Cultural Committee Meeting a budget according to the above
mentioned categories is proposed to the Directors Students\xe2\x80\x99 Welfare and after amendments in the
budget the budget is signed by the Hon\xe2\x80\x99ble Vice- Chancellor.
