This internship offers hands-on experience in research and development (R&D) within the culinary industry, focusing on the exploration and application of new culinary technologies and techniques.Key Responsibilities:

• Research and Development (R&D): Assist in conducting research on culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques.

Contribute to the development of new recipes and culinary innovations under the guidance of senior culinary professionals.

• Culinary Technology Exploration: Learn and experiment with innovative culinary technologies aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality in food preparation and presentation. Assist in testing and evaluating new kitchen gadgets and digital tools relevant to culinary operations.

• Recipe Development and Testing: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine recipes that incorporate new technologies and scientific principles. Participate in recipe testing and evaluation to ensure taste, texture, and presentation meet company standards.

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
