  • To be responsible for execution of regional strategy pertaining to CTS
  • Optimization products are AirNet, Equalizer and Optimizer (Central Controllers), Energy Recovery & Air Audit and related energy saving solutions.
  • Generate orders from customers for optimization products.
  • Support to CTS sales as well as operations.
  • Follow-up with customers to acquire orders.
  • Follow-up and meeting with key accounts to meet monthly targets and help them achieve targeted level of business with end customers, in order to achieve business level in line with installed base as available in the market.
  • Carry out Tele sales, mailer campaigns, and generate leads for optimization products.
  • Close monitoring through C4C and as available business tools based on requirement.
Customer Relationship
  • Collect customer feedback on energy saving products.
  • Review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Zonal Manager/ reporting manager.
  • Seek support where required to enhance Customer Satisfaction IN ORDER TO enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular contact with all customers.
  • Liaise with colleagues handling field Aftermarket sales to co-ordinate activities where appropriate and ensure that sales are obtained, and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Receivables
  • Follow-up with customers on outstanding/ invoices on service products
  • Ensure to follow the instructed payment terms and pre-approvals for all other commercial term & conditions.
  • Ensure timely collection payments from customers to control receivables.
AirNet, Equalizer and Optimizer (Central Controllers), Energy Recovery & Air Audit
  • Energy Audit - Track market opportunities,
  • Educate customers on air audit benefits.
  • Study customer/sales-related queries on audit requirements,
  • Promotion of Air optimizing products IN ORDER TO reduce energy consumption and generate revenue.
  • AirNet & SS piping sell with the help of direct and indirect sources
  • Techno commercial acumen and understanding of Aftermarket business.
  • Use of iiTrack measurement and optimize use of all energy saving products.
  • Explore the energy recovery products with ROI calculation.

  • Be willing to develop yourself by learning new skills and increasing your knowledge of our products, systems and the company's market and operation.
  • Ability to cope with large sums of information and to create, in partnership with a multi-layered organization, well-defined plans, which will be easily communicated and implemented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver messages to stakeholders at any level inside and outside of the organization.
  • Must have a solid comprehensive of the compressor technique business, with proven sales and marketing experience in the compressor industry.
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience of operations or aftermarket sales or relevant
Knowledge
  • Selling skills, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, technical skills, Commercial acumen, Team skills,
Educational requirements
  • Diploma / Degree Engineer with good Sales/ Service acumen
